NEXT CLUB MEETING--MAY 16TH
-Mulvane American Legion at 6:30. We have left over Showdown shirts that Marauders can buy for $10, we will have them at the meeting. We also have club shirts avaiable.

SHOWDOWN IN THE VALLEY----THANKS TO ALL YOU MARAUDERS-it was still a successful show even with the weather!
-WOW, what a show, to bad the weather didn't cooperate with the outside show. We will have the result by the next meeting and we will be voting on donating the proceeds. MARAUDERS YOU DID GOOD!!!

CLUB WEBSITE SHOWS---the new club cards are available to everyone.
-over 200 events/shows have been added to the website, go check them out!!  Currently in March we have had 4,118 views.

CLUB WEBSITE--if we don't have pics of your vehicle(s) on the website, send the pics to stevegnichols@yahoo.com and we will put them on the website.
-we would like to get the website updated, please check your information and see if it is correct, we need to delete any vehicle you no longer have and add any new ones you might have, if you are unable to get on the website or have forgotten your password please let me know and we will send it to you. If you are unable to upload a picture of your vehicle(s) send them to me and I will load them for you. We get lots of request for vehicles for Proms, Weddings, Birthdays etc, we usually tell them to look at the pics on the website and who owns the vehicle, if they contact you, its up to you if you want to help them, most of the time they will pay you. MARKINF ARENA FLOORS-we are marking flooetrs today , anyone who wants to help meet at the south end of the arena at 10 am today!!

NOW IT BEGINS---SHOWDOWN TIME!!!------ALL HANDS ON DECK--THE FUN TIME STARTS TODAY!!!!

MARKING ARENA FLOORS--today at 10 am, anyone who wants to help can come. Meet at the south end of the arena.

CLUB MEETING--tomorrow April 25th, at the arena at 6 pm, meet at the south end.

GIFT CARDS----bring them if you have them.

CASE OF WATER----bring a case if you can.

HOST WINDOW PLACARDS & ORANGE SHIRTS---if you ordered a shirt or window placard, be sure to pick them up.

PIZZA LUNCH-- Pizza will be provided for lunch on Saturday. The pizza is only for volunteers and will be in the Green room---you must have a ORANGE staff shirt on to go in the Green Room.

-you can pay your club dues at the merchandise table, there is a sign up sheet.

Marking floors-we have a couple of members who can't make it, ifg anyone wants to come help, we will be meeting at the south end of the arena at 10 am Wednesday April 24th.

Case of Water--we always provide free water to everyone, bring a case if you can.

Host Window Stickers & Orange Staff Shirts
-if you order either or both, you can pick your's up at the Thursday meeting at the registration/merchandise table's.

Next Meeting
-April 25th, meet at the south end of the arena at 6 pm. We will be setting up for the show and will have several cars and Vendors to park . Window stickers and orange shirts will be available for those who signed up.

-April 24th--a team will be marking the arena floor--team members will get an email reminder.
-April 25th--club meeting and set-up at the Arena at 6 pm--everyone will get a club announcement email.

-April 27th---SHOWDOWN TIME!!!!-----all hands on deck!!!
