- FROG Diner Thanksgiving Dinner--November 19th--IT"S A GO!!
- if you plan to help, please let me know by November 12th, all who volenteer get a Thanksgiving dinner and we need to give a headcount--Steve Nichols text/phone 316-670-0240 or email stevegnichols@yahoo.com
- ?we will meet at the Mulvane Methodist church,107 S Central, at 4 pm to set up table & chairs and pack meals, we serve dinner starting at 5 pm.
- if you park on the south side of the church (Prather Street), do not park next to the church, that is the drive through for people to pick up their dinner. Park on the south side of Prather Street.
- we would like to donate at 10 or more turkeys, anyone who wants to donate can drop them off at my house by November 5th, sooner would be better, and I will deliver them.

- October 21st--NOWHERE GRILL---WEEKLY LUNCH
- ?every Wednesday a group of Marauders meet at NoWhere Grill in Belle Plaine at 11 am, for a good burger and fries and lots of conversation. We even have our own burger on Wednesday only!! Everyone is welcome to come---see you there!!

- will be at the Methodist Church as we serve Thanksgiving Dinner to the community--more to come
- CAR SHOWS--car season is slowing down, 11 shows on the calendar this weekend.
- there are always lots of shows/events, pick one out and go cruising.
- if you want to be a Road Captain to a show, let me know the show, where & what you time you are leaving and I will send a note to the club

- we currently have 605 events posted on the calendar, with 70 still left----find one and go cruising.
OTHER MARAUDER ACTIVITIES!!!- POSSIBLE TRIP TO SALINA "GARAGE"---plans are being for a possible bus trip--more to come.
- MARAUDERS DOING GOOD THINGS!!
- keep the pop tops coming--plastic bags are on hold for now.
- WEBSITE SPONSOR ADVERTISING-the website has now been updated and we can sell ads, so if you know anyone who would like to have their company logo and contact information listed, please have them contact me: Steve Nichols text/phone 316-670-0240 or email stevegnichols@yahoo.com, below is the cost.
- -Gold package (only 6)-to have company logo/contact info on each page permanently: $250 for year
- -Silver package-to have company logo/contact info on the ticker tape: $120 (ticker tape is on each page and moves along displaying sponsor for a few seconds on each page)
- -Bronze package-to have company logo/contact info on sponsor page: $25

October 15th--Club meeting this Thursday Notes?- Call to order: 20 members in attendance
- New members/guests: none
- Correspondence: recieved a very nice Thank You from Stu Pus for supporting the Jobbers Expo last Saturday, thanks to Shorty Hayes, Dave Oliphant, Mike Alumbaugh & Charlie Shoemaker
- Treasurer report: both the Showdown & Club accounts are good.
- Old Business:
- ?club calrndar should be ready for proofing this weekend
- Marauder Live calendar was 605 shows/events posted so far this year
- Upcoming Events:
- ?discussed the number of shows this weekend
- New Business:
- ?Club Breakfast will start on November 7th then, December 5th, January 9th, February 6th and end on March 6th
- breakfast will be at the Legion starting at 8:30 am, all members and their families & friends are welcome to attend
- unfortunately food has gone up so the price has changed, at least 30 members to attend the breakfast(s), Adults $12, 6-12 $10, 5 & under FREE!! The price of food, especially meat has gone up. It will still be all you can eat buffet.
- Cars for Charity has began, so if you are planning on attending you need to get registered before its too late??
- discussed serving Thanksgiving dinner at the FROG diner

YOU WANT A RIDE!!!!
THIS WEEK ACTIVITIES--let me know if I ever miss/forgotten anything.- October 14th--NOWHERE GRILL---WEEKLY LUNCH-every Wednesday a group of Marauders meet at NoWhere Grill in Belle Plaine at 11 am, for a good burger and fries and lots of conversation. We even have our own burger on Wednesday only!! Everyone is welcome to come---see you there!!???

Jobbers Expo-----WE HAVE ENOUGH CARS TO SUPPORT THIS SPONSOR.
One of our major Showdown sponsors (Jobbers)is looking for cars/trucks for their Jobbers EXPO at the Kansas Star on October 10th. If you are interested, please let me know by Oct 6th and I will compile a list of names to give to Stu. We need to support this if possible.
