I just had calls from Ron Wagoner and Steve Swain concerning the two benefit
shows for Sunday, 11/11/18:
Per Ron W - the FOOD CRUISE is STILL on - remember it will all take place at Central
and West because the Food Bank is doing construction. Bring your WARM parka, your
blanket and your daily driver - as we collect food and funds for our Kansas Food Bank.
He wants to start about 11:30AM-ish - and will try to "get in and get out" as quickly as he
can - but this FOOD CRUISE IS ON.
Per Steve S - THE VA THANK A VET SHOW IS "CANCELLED" BECAUSE OF THE IMPENDING
WEATHER FOR SUNDAY AFTERNOON. AS OF THIS DATE THERE IS NOT A NEW DATE.
PLEASE PASS THIS TO ANYONE YOU MIGHT KNOW THAT IS PLANNING ON ATTENDING THESE
WE STILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE FUNDS AND FOOD FOR THE KANSAS FOOD BANK.
SEE YOU THERE - AS THE CAR FOLKS CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY IN AMAZING WAYS.
Thank you and see you soon,
-we have the club calendars, if you ordered calendar(s) and plan on attending the breakfast this Saturday let me know and I will bring them, otherwise the calendars will be available at next weeks club meeting. Let me know at: email@example.com
Please keep Barry Bruchette and Harry Funke in your thoughts and prayers
as they have upcoming surgery for health issues.
They will need our thoughts, prayers, cards and calls as they recover over
the next few weeks.
As a 'car family' we need to support one another during the good times and those
times of need.
To the club Veterans and ALL VETERANS - thank you for your service and we will
be thinking of all of you on Veterans Day, November 11. We appreciate all you have
done to protect our freedoms and serve our country. You are never forgotten and please
remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrficie for all of us and our country.
Have a great weekend,
